Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of ovilixa.com and purchases from Ovilixa LLC ("Ovilixa," "we," "us," or "our"). Ovilixa LLC is the seller responsible for the customer contract and your order. By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked here. You must be legally able to enter a contract in your location, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Products and availability

We aim to display colors, sizes, descriptions, and images accurately, but screens and made-to-order production can create minor variations. Products may be withdrawn, updated, or limited at any time. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock limitations, legal restrictions, or another legitimate reason. Any captured payment for a cancelled order will be returned.

Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices and available currencies are shown in the store and can change before an order is placed. Shipping, duties, and taxes are shown or described at checkout where available. You confirm that the payment and order information you provide is accurate and authorized.

Made-to-order fulfillment

You authorize Ovilixa to send the information reasonably needed to produce and ship your order to selected production, fulfillment, payment, and delivery partners. Those partners act in support of Ovilixa; they are not the seller to you. Delivery dates are estimates. Our Shipping & delivery and Returns & exchanges policies form part of these terms.

Delivery information and charges

You are responsible for providing an accurate recipient name, delivery address, and contact information. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, an unclaimed parcel, refused delivery, or unpaid import charges may be charged where permitted by law and as described in our Shipping policy.

Intellectual property

The Ovilixa name, logo, designs, photography, text, graphics, and store presentation are owned by or licensed to Ovilixa. You may not reproduce, resell, scrape, or exploit them without written permission, except where law expressly permits.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security, transmit malware, violate another person's rights, make fraudulent purchases, or use automated systems in a way that burdens the service.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated, and Ovilixa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where a limitation is permitted, our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Sheridan County, Wyoming have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This section does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or the right to bring a claim in another forum where applicable law requires or permits it.
