Care

Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colours. Use non-chlorine bleach only when needed. Do not use fabric softener. Tumble dry low or hang dry. If needed, cool iron inside out; do not iron the embroidery. Do not dry clean.

Care instructions

Follow the garment label and any product-specific care instructions. As a reliable default, machine wash cold and inside out with similar colors, use mild detergent, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over printed or embroidered artwork.

Returns, replacements & refunds

Because every piece is made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or color. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items can be reported within 30 days of delivery with clear photos. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
